As you can see from my screen grabs above I used final cut to edit and make my video. I added everything I needed to and then placed them in position and then cut them, stretched them to the time I wanted that frame to be on screen for.
As you can see from above after I finished editing my video, I finally added the soundtrack that I made on garage band and moved it so it fit well with the things on screen.
